Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Esports Program Operations: Provide administrative support to the head coach and program staff, including scheduling, communication, and event planning.
  • Community Engagement and Outreach: Work with the head coach to develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation in the Esports program.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Esports program, including rules, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or program staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Enrollment: Enrollment in a Concordia University graduate education program required.
  • Academic Standing: Student must be in good academic standing.

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in a team or organizational setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
