Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead plant initiatives to save costs, eliminate waste, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and facilitate all continuous improvement initiatives and strategies for the plant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey improvement strategies
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, process management, operations, industrial engineering, engineering, or engineering management
  • 3-5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work Environment:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will work in an office environment with significant time spent on the plant floors and warehouses. The primary responsibilities will be Monday through Friday during normal business hours, but may include weekends and nights if needed for an improvement project.
