As a Project Manager/Lead, you'll be responsible for providing project management for various municipal and private projects, including roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, bridges, trails, and traffic signals. You'll also conduct business development for Preliminary engineering work, be responsible for the concept, design, and engineering required to complete IDOT and Local Roads preliminary engineering projects, and work closely with Principal to provide project, scope, schedule, and budget.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university, a valid Driver's license with a good driving record, and a minimum of 10 years of experience with IDOT and Phase I projects. Desired skills and experiences include experience with ISTHA/IDOT and Local Roads project processing procedures, Microstation/Geopak software, and Geometric Design.
