Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistently positive, professional, and courteous service in all guest interactions.
  • Identify guest preferences and recommend beverages to enhance their overall experience while achieving sales targets.
  • Exhibit mastery of bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift through proper preparation.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all supplies, including garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and bar equipment.
  • Accurately manage cash transactions and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending.
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Availability for various shifts, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
