Job Summary: The Account Management Professional plays a crucial role in supporting our customers' success and driving business growth through proactive account management.

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for attaining and maintaining customers' accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely lease agreement renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers' accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our store computer system.
  • Make direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s), offering personalized solutions to drive timely renewal payments.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Account Manager to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
  • Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
  • Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
  • Ensure safe operation of company vehicles.
  • Provide support to the Sales Team as needed.

Requirements:

  • United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.
  • Meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States).
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly.
  • Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proper telephone etiquette.
  • Protect company assets and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Salary Range: Estimated $12.25 - $15.50 per hour.
