We are seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Seasonal Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including locating products and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and recovering merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
