Your Responsibilities
As a dedicated team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your tasks will include:
  • Warmly greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant.
  • Efficiently delivering food to tables, ensuring it is served promptly and at the right temperature.
  • Properly disposing of dishes in designated areas.
  • Cleaning and setting tables according to restaurant standards.
  • Regularly emptying trash containers and stocking bussing stations.
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menus.
  • Keeping workstations clean, including sweeping floors as needed.
  • Assisting with buffet setup and refills as required.
  • Supporting Room Service and collaborating with other restaurant staff as necessary.
  • Participating in all required training and meetings.
  • Communicating effectively with fellow staff and management.

What You Bring
We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a related role. Certifications such as Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness (if applicable) are beneficial. You should be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to learn and convey product, menu, and allergy information to guests. Familiarity with the Restaurant POS system is required. We value highly motivated, flexible individuals who can take initiative and are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
