Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearThe salary range for this position takes into account the requirements and qualifications outlined in the job description, as well as the cost of living in southern New Hampshire.
Job DescriptionAs a Home Healthcare Nurse with SolutionHealth, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Your expertise and compassion will help ensure that patients receive the medical attention and support they need to recover and thrive.
- You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making skills, you will provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's or Master's).
- A valid New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse License.
- Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
- Professional certification in a specialty area within three years of entering the role.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to patient locations.

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8 hours per day, including weekend and holiday rotations. You may be required to work extra shifts or use on-call services as needed to meet patient demands. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be traveling to patient locations throughout southern New Hampshire.
