About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Technician to join our team at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our Cardiopulmonary Department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use ultrasound technology to visualize internal cardiac structures and obtain measurements of cardiac valves, ventricles, and left atrium.
  • Assist physicians with complex ultrasound procedures, including TEE testing.
  • Promote the efficient operation of the Cardiopulmonary Department by effectively managing clerical functions, document handling, and interpersonal relationships.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Completion of Echocardiogram program certification preferred.
  • EKG rhythm analysis/interpretation certificate or equivalent preferred.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current required.
  • ARDMS or CCI credential required.
