Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Professional to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
