Program Director Behavioral Health Psychology

Job Summary:
Oversees a medium-sized group or program within Kaiser Permanente, managing administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel management for a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements program goals, objectives, and policies.
- Makes budget allocations and justifies resource utilization.
- Provides supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, Kaiser Permanente policies, and APA standards.
- Participates in regional committees and contributes to organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a leadership or management role.
- Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
