Key Responsibilities- Interpret embroidery requirements and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Choose appropriate threads, fabrics, and needles based on design requirements.
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct threading and adjustment.
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform hand embroidery when necessary to achieve specific design details.
- Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary corrections.
- Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials.
- Identify and address any issues or defects in garments or materials.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum 2 years' sewing experience in the garment industry.
- Knowledge of sewing machine operations and garment techniques.
- Experience with cutting, shaping, and sawing materials is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality production.
