Machine Operator Position

Staffmark is seeking a motivated individual to fill a Machine Operator position with our partner company, Flextronics International, a premier manufacturing company in Austin, TX.
Shift Options
- Day Shift Hours | 6 AM - 6 PM
- Rotating Day Shift Options | Week 1: (Thursday - Saturday + Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday) OR Week 1: (Sunday - Wednesday + Sunday - Tuesday)
- Night Shift Hours | 6 PM - 6 AM
- Rotating Night Shift Options | Week 1: (Sunday - Tuesday + Week 2: Saturday - Tuesday) OR Week 1: (Wednesday - Saturday + Week 2: Wednesday - Friday)
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour. (Pay increases to $18.50 after 90 days. Converted to permanent employee after 9 months)
This is an entry-level position; training will be provided
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Start up, operate, and control automated equipment.
- Load electronic components, raw cards, feeders, fixtures, stencils, chemicals, etc.
- Monitor the shelf-life usage of perishable chemicals and raw card assemblies.
- Monitor quality levels of equipment production.
- Accurately record data required for process control and/or inventory management.
- Clean and shut down machines.
- Monitor inventory levels of lineside stock.
