As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising staff, ensuring delivery of quality customer service, and achieving sales or productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop qualified candidates for entry-level roles, oversee day-to-day workflow, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with other departments and managers to set sales and performance goals, conduct regular staff meetings, and provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective guests, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Community Involvement: Participate in community activities to promote the organization and build goodwill.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree and equivalent industry experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred. At least three years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least one year as an assistant general manager highly preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Highly organized and self-directed, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization, exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills, excellent project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Standing and Walking: Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
