Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Developmental Occupational Therapy. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and families in our clinic and school-based settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children in our clinic and school-based settings
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in communication and language skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and language skills in children
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current California SLPA license
  • Valid California driver's license (if traveling between work sites)
  • Ability to navigate between worksites
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $28-$50 per hour
  • Signing bonus upon signing of offer letter
  • Total compensation package range: $69,088.00 - $119,600.00 annually
  • Health benefits, 9 paid holidays, CEU days, vacation, sick time, 1 day of jury duty leave, monthly phone stipend
