VSRS Services, LLC is engaged in multiple LNG initiatives and is seeking skilled professionals to enhance our team in the Gulf Coast area.

The LNG Process Engineer will work alongside diverse teams, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems engineers. This role involves collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and technology providers to analyze, optimize, and select system components, including sizing and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Redesign: Enhance systems for improved safety, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Marine Technology Understanding: Gain insights into the operations of LNG carriers and offshore systems.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes.
  • Risk Assessment: Prepare the organization to manage potential risks effectively.
  • Process Development: Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Technical Support: Assist operations teams and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
  • Technology Innovation: Explore and evaluate new technologies.
  • Process Studies: Lead and validate various process studies.
  • Simulation Development: Investigate system responses to aid diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Design Solutions: Recommend design improvements and performance testing requirements to address process challenges or enhance production.
  • Process Monitoring: Develop tools to track process efficiency and suggest enhancements.
  • Cost Estimation Support: Aid in preliminary cost assessments and timelines for capital and facility upgrade projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited institution and a Professional Engineer license.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable, starting from $100,000.00 per year.
