Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Envoy Hotel. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards
  • Screen and hire new employees, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient room cleaning
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Address associate performance and behavior concerns
  • Supervise laundry employees, if applicable
  • Prepare work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
Requirements
  • High School diploma preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
