Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Children's Specialized Hospital. As a pediatric RN, you will provide rehabilitative nursing care for pediatric patients and their families, utilizing your expertise to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to pediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions, including rehabilitation and support for patients with complex needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support to promote optimal health and well-being.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric rehabilitation, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a National League of Nursing Accredited School of Nursing

• NJ RN license

• AHA BLS Provider

• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience

• Interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with others

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree

• Rehabilitation nursing experience
