Insurance Sales Representative Job Description

Staff My Agency, a State Farm independent contractor agent, is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a licensed insurance agent, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively market and sell insurance products

Requirements:
