Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file state income tax business returns with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize tax software to efficiently manage and process tax returns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- At least two years of recent experience filing state income tax returns.
- Minimum of 5 years of state tax return preparation, filing, and payment experience.
- Experience with tax software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
