Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time LPN/LVN to provide assistance to the Health and Wellness Manager at The Bizzell Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring doctor's orders are followed in the Wellness Center and the care of all patients as prescribed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Manager
  • Ensure doctor's orders are followed and patient care is provided as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history
  • Notify residential personnel of released patients
  • Compile various logs, records, and reports
  • Dispense prescribed medication
  • Assist with examinations, sick call, and wellness care
  • Work as an on-call nurse when scheduled
  • Ensure performance management standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe health facility
Requirements
  • One year of related experience and/or training
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and a diploma from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
  • Current LPN license from the State, current BLS/CPR certification, and valid State Driver's License
