Job Title: Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing and advancing complex AI solutions that drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that address complex technical challenges and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-powered systems that meet the needs of our government sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in AI and machine learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and developers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in AI engineering, with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3 years with a Ph.D.
  • Broad knowledge of AI and machine learning, including experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in AI, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
