Elevate your career with our dynamic Roofing Division, where you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $200K per year. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of acquiring customers who will benefit from our premium roofing solutions.

Our sales process is designed to put you in a position to close deals quickly, with a sustainable work-life balance. With our uncapped commission and paid training model, first-year reps average between $80K-$200K per year, with top performers exceeding $300K.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive in-home sales through targeted area canvassing
  • Utilize top technology to streamline your sales process
  • Run company-provided leads as required
  • Analyze customer needs and develop a rapport to close the sale
  • Update our CRM system with all pertinent data throughout the sales process
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on in-home sales
  • Previous sales experience in a related industry, such as home remodeling and construction sales
  • Ability to self-generate leads and manage sales deals from start to finish
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes
  • Technical proficiency, including CRM tool experience
  • Access to reliable transportation
