Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Permit Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient submission of permits at municipal and county levels. This role involves close collaboration with project teams and local government agencies to identify requirements and address potential challenges, ensuring that projects remain on track.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the permit process from application to operational approval.
  • Prepare necessary permit and license applications for various projects.
  • Coordinate the logistics for the delivery of permits to local authorities.
  • Facilitate the collection of signatures for required documentation between homeowners and government agencies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local agencies and project teams.
  • Utilize a reliable vehicle for the transportation of documents (mileage reimbursement available).
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (30 to 40 hours per week, flexible based on workload).

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Notary Public certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems or large databases.
  • Accurate and proficient data entry skills.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
