The successful candidate will possess a robust background in both cellulose ester and copolyester production streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate scaling techniques for innovative products and processes across various manufacturing dimensions.
  • Augment technical expertise in compounding methodologies to pinpoint areas for enhancement in safety, cost-effectiveness, quality, and throughput.
  • Execute production trials and evaluations on multiple scales, employing design of experiment principles.
  • Resolve operational challenges and work collaboratively with teams to overcome obstacles.
  • Steer process enhancement initiatives and facilitate the market introduction of new products through proficient project oversight.
  • Articulate project requirements and progress to stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics compounding operations.
  • A strong dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in transitioning processes from pilot scale to full-scale production.
