Stationary Engineer

As a Stationary Engineer - Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, including boilers, furnaces, pumps, fans, engines, turbines, and heating and ventilating equipment. You will supervise others engaged in similar work and serve as a Watch Engineer as assigned. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Monitor and regulate the operation of plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including boilers, furnaces, and pumps.
- Supervise the activities of Boiler Firemen and other personnel as assigned.
- Coordinate work assignments and determine work priorities in the absence of specific instructions from the Chief Watch Engineer.
- Inspect work for quality and quantity.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
