We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are properly prepared for the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a positive experience as you fuel and wash their vehicles.
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates.
  • Develop your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to work outside
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
  • Ability to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to use hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or otherwise operate required tools or controls
  • Ability to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
