DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in presenting, consulting, and selling automotive warranty products and repair services to customers in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Present and explain repair options and estimates to customers
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Sell automotive warranty products and repair services to customers
- Build rapport with customers to promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage service appointments and schedules
- Follow manufacturer's warranty guidelines and procedures
- Ensure high integrity and compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local laws
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
