Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) 1 RN. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
