Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently and safely operate heavy machinery, including pavers, rollers, and compactors.

Engage in raking and shoveling asphalt materials.

Guide and mentor laborers on the job site.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including greasing, oiling, and minor repairs using appropriate tools.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Familiarity with asphalt application techniques.

Education and Experience:
Proven experience in rolling various asphalt mixtures.

Experience with System 5 TopCon Automatics is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend, sit for extended periods, and work in warm conditions.

Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the U.S.
