Job Title: Equipment Operator/Transport Driver

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of dump trucks, end dumps, and belly dumps (with and without pups and tarping systems). The successful candidate will transport heavy equipment to and from job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites, following established routes and schedules.
  • Deliver aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to residential and commercial locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management through radio systems and other means.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A with appropriate endorsements.
  • Valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
  • Incident-free driving record preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic, with occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is moderate.
