Cable Splicer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cable Splicer to join our team at North Sky Communications. As a Cable Splicer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining telecommunications cables and networks.

• Install and Test Cables: Install and test telecommunications cables and networks to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Maintain Network Infrastructure: Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cables and networks to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
• Document Work: Document all work performed, including installation, testing, and maintenance activities.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work at heights.
• Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license and certification as a pole climber (or ability to obtain).
