**Job Summary**

Umanist Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by executing quality measures control plans, calibrating quality measurement instruments, and performing various quality-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality measures control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Calibrate quality measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Perform dry film thickness readings on E-coated units and profilometer readings on Body In White units.
  • Obtain color and structure readings on coated bodies and complete daily activity readings log for all BIW, E-Coated, painted bodies, and special readings.
  • Report any concerns or issues pertaining to quality to the VW process team and assist with special requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with Volkswagen and paint suppliers to perform trials and adapt to flexible shifts, work schedules, and job duties.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift hours (10 pm - 6:30 am) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and 2-15 minutes paid breaks.
