Agricultural Lending Specialist

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, while also driving business growth and development.

• Originate and manage a portfolio of loans to meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and other stakeholders
• Conduct thorough credit analyses and make informed lending decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service to our members

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance
• At least 8 years of experience in related lending or financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $95,300-$119,200, plus general and production incentives, and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K.
