Job Overview

XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness, a family-owned business, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team.

Job Summary

The Bartender will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, creating classic and innovative drinks, and exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Drinks: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Comply with Regulations: Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender, excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, computer literacy, and positive attitude.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Schedule: Multiple shifts available, 4 hours up to 10 hours.
