Beverage Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Social House Kitchen & Tap. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of hand-crafted cocktails, beers, and wines to guests.
• Engage with Guests: Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and ensure a memorable bar experience.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
• Process Drink Orders: Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with the Service Team: Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in High-Volume, Upscale Casual Dining: Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent): High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in Mixology: Experience in mixology.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
• Great Attitude and Work Ethic: A great attitude and work ethic.
• High Energy and Stamina: High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred. Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
