Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

At AMN Healthcare Allied, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients using advanced ultrasound technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic sonography procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, and small parts scans
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement protocols for sonography procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in sonography technology and techniques
Requirements:
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostic sonography
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
