The Alaska Community Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Operations Associate to join our team at the BP Energy Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and managing the daily operations of the center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest services, including greeting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with onsite user support, including facility technical questions, room equipment setup, and catering procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including room cleaning and turnover between reservations.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct guests to the correct rooms.
- Assist with the reservation system, including scheduling and confirming bookings.
- Minimum of two years of customer service and customer-facing hospitality experience.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with a reservation system and Microsoft Office.
The hourly pay range is between $21.50 and $24.50, commensurate with experience and expertise.
