Position Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring the precision and quality of information to enhance metrics, promote process compliance, facilitate data sharing, and manage stakeholder relationships. The incumbent will be expected to cultivate Business Acumen relevant to HCSC's operational, technological, and functional domains. Additionally, they will assist Business Solutions Leads and Business or IT Stakeholders with new project requests, ensuring effective collection and documentation of scope, high-level requirements, and overarching business solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses with 1 year of experience in Information Technology OR 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Understanding of system architecture and application portfolio.
- Familiarity with requirements management and/or prototyping tools (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
- Capability to simplify and standardize intricate concepts and/or processes.
- Strong business acumen.
- Project management capabilities.
- Experience in requirements definition and management.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Able to manage workload and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience in business process management and modeling.
- Business Analyst Certification.
- Background in the Healthcare sector.
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance 3 days a week and remote work for 2 days.
