Key Responsibilities:

  • Employs appropriate food handling and service methods.
  • Receives and processes meal and beverage orders while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensures resident and guest satisfaction with meals served.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of menu items and daily specials to assist residents and guests.
  • Keeps assigned tables and dining areas impeccably clean and well-prepared.
  • Adheres to established cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Supports the training and orientation of new dining staff.
  • Follows all safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Prepares and tidies the Dining Room, upholding high standards of hospitality and service.
  • Maintains exceptional standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and appearance.
  • Completes all opening and closing tasks as per checklist requirements.
  • Assists in organizing dining areas for optimal flow and supply management.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in fine dining is advantageous.
