Requirements

  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiasm and confidence, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo's Food Management System (FMS), The Market Connection (TMC), Sodexo Menu Graphics (SMG), and Catetrax, with proficiency in computer skills and report management.
