About the Opportunity

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Behavioral Health Inpatient Care team. As a Clinical Staff Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient outcomes and providing clinical guidance to nursing staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide direct care to patients in our Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit and oversee the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Staff Development: Collaborate with nursing staff to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth and excellence in patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health Inpatient Care as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certifications: Current BLS certification and ability to obtain other required certifications.
