Role Overview:

As an MRI Imaging Specialist at AdventHealth, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional patient care within the imaging department. You will conduct MRI examinations, uphold safety protocols, and act as a clinical resource for the healthcare team. Your qualifications as a Registered Technologist in Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging, along with a current BLS certification, will be crucial for your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality MRI scans in accordance with established safety guidelines
  • Generate prompt and precise imaging results
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide essential information
  • Support patients throughout the examination process, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Enhance patient flow and optimize resource utilization

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Technologist in Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging - R.T. (R)(MR)(ARRT)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
