Physician for Gastroenterology Specialist

About the Job:
DocStar Medical Partners is seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Physician to provide high-quality medical care and services in Richmond, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, pancreas, gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver.
- Perform general gastroenterology services, including pillcam capsule endoscopy, screening exams, ultrasounds (EUS), CT colonography, flexible sigmoidoscopy, double-contrast barium enema, FIT, gFOBT, stool DNA test, ERCP, endoscopy, and colonoscopy.
- Be available for 24-hour on-call duty with minimum 2-hour patient contact.
Requirements:
- Credentials: Active IN State License or IMLC. Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Minimum Years Experience: More than 2 years.
- Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
- Upper GI Endoscopy Mandatory
- Lower GI Endoscopy Mandatory
- Sigmoidoscopy Mandatory
- Colonoscopy Mandatory
- Esophageal dilatation Mandatory
- Esophageal manometry Mandatory
- Biopsy during Endoscopy/Colonoscopy Mandatory
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Hospital setting with opportunities for hospital rounding/call (approximately 10 days per month).
