The Senior Art Director, Global Design Studio serves as a visionary creative leader who crafts innovative visual storytelling experiences for the brand. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to translate it into immersive, concept-driven creative assets that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of global creative guidelines, overseeing asset creation projects for seasonal launches and global initiatives, and motivating team members to achieve high-quality deliverables.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong multi-disciplinary background in art direction, motion, and animation, as well as experience working with 3D collateral samples and vendors. They must be able to develop and express creative concepts in 2D and 3D, and have a deep understanding of digital and social platforms.
This role requires a highly organized, passionate, and collaborative individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful under tight deadlines is essential.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and maintenance of global creative guidelines.
- Oversee asset creation projects for seasonal launches and global initiatives.
- Motivate and fully utilize team members to achieve high-quality deliverables.
- Manage team workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- BFA or higher in design or related field.
- 7+ years of related experience, with 3+ years at an Art Director level.
- Experience in overseeing a team and demonstrating leadership skills.
- Strong multi-disciplinary background in art direction, motion, and animation.
- Ability to develop and express creative concepts in 2D and 3D.
- Experience working with 3D collateral samples and vendors.
- Ability to understand and translate creative direction into comprehensive guidelines for vendors and external partners.
- Expert understanding of asset creation, digital and social platforms, and marketing best practices.
- Highly organized, passionate, and collaborative individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful under tight deadlines.
