Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Michael's House of Hope LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including drafting correspondences, planning and scheduling appointments, and greeting and assisting onsite guests.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office operations, including developing and implementing filing systems, managing client intake processes, and coordinating employee orientation and training.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, employees, and other stakeholders, including answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including client files and office records.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related field required; experience in healthcare administration preferred.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, email systems).
