Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractors and/or perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Assist in the planning of special initiatives, budget development, and training for team members.
- Support Maintenance Technicians and Associates with intricate mechanical and control tasks, which may involve travel between various locations.
- Address, assess, and fulfill tenant service requests as directed.
- Ensure mechanical rooms, property exteriors, and mechanical areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion on a daily basis.
- Monitor and manage Fire/Life Safety systems as necessary.
- Participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend duty rotation.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive demeanor when engaging with building occupants.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of substantial HVAC service experience in a commercial setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, basic computer knowledge, and the capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work from heights, handle various chemicals, and endure outdoor conditions in diverse weather.
- Technical degree in HVAC.
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 software.
- Candidates must verify their eligibility to work in the U.S.
The starting pay is $35.36 per hour, with potential variations based on the specific location and the candidate's qualifications. Additional compensation may be available through commission and/or incentive programs.
