**Job Title:** Client Success Leadership Role

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission eligible

Job Description:

The Client Success Leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success and growth. This role will focus on building strong relationships with customers, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success and growth
  • Manage critical customer escalations and facilitate solutions with the support of account managers
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Proactively manage the CRM platform utilization to process and maintain current updates to customer accounts and quote & contact information
  • Ensure quotes and customer orders are effectively entered into the ERP system and followed up on efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service/account management role
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with more than 3 years of supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) Salesforce system
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is 95k-120k plus commission eligible.
