About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista in a part-time capacity. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
