- Online Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of online customer service through web-based communications, ensuring prompt and effective responses to client inquiries.
- Availability: Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
